3Cr13Mo Stainless Steel Coil
3Cr13Mo is a kind of martensitic stainless steel, based on 3Cr13, Molybdenum has been added into 3Cr13Mo in order to improve the strength and hardness of the steel, in addition, it also increase the secondary hardening effect. The corrosion resistance of 3Cr13Mo is better than that of 3Cr13.3Cr13Mo’s main performance is the same to 3Cr13. After quenching and tempering, in the corrosive media, 3Cr13Mo has the ability to withstand high mechanical loads and wearing quality, but 3Cr13Mo’s weldability is not good. 3Cr13Mo has usually been used to produce measuring tool, medical appliances and plastic mould which put forward high requests toward intensity and are asked to work in the corrosion medium.

Cold loaded chamber temperature≤850℃ ；Hot loaded chamber temperature not limited; 850℃≤Cooling off≤1100℃-1150℃
3Cr13Mo Preliminary heat treatment process
1.Annealing temperature 870-900℃，discharge as the furnace cooling to below 600℃, Hardness≤207HBW
2.Relief annealing : Annealing temperature730-780℃,Hardness≤207HBW.
